Cora sits among the crows, still dazed.

CORA: My name is Cora, but I'm mostly called Crow Princess.

QUEEN OREB: Crow Princess, eh?

Panel 2

The commanding crow speaks regally.

QUEEN OREB: It just so happens that I am a crow queen.

KARAKE: All hail Queen Oreb!

CORA: Really?

CORA: I must be hallucinating.

Panel 3

Queen Oreb is shown majestically against a starry background.

QUEEN OREB: I rule all the flocks in this area. I am their Matriarch, their Great Mother.

Panel 4

Queen Oreb and Karake speak to Cora.

QUEEN OREB: Karake here is a retainer of mine.

KARAKE: (with heart) I'm so fortunate ♥

QUEEN OREB: What were you doing, falling out of the sky like that? A little higher and you might have died.

CORA: I... I was trying to fly.

I made sure that the crows all had distinguishing “hair do’s.” Queen Oreb has little “horns” over her eyes. I think I read somewhere that dominant ravens will raise those feathers in displays. (But don’t quote me. I might have been misremembering something about owls.)

Odd that this is the only time that Cora questions her sanity.
