Crow Princess, Page 30

PAGE 30

A full-page illustration. Cora stands at the edge of the quarry, transformed. She wears the beautiful black ball gown she created—a fitted corset bodice with an off-shoulder neckline and a dramatic full skirt. Her crow feather wings are strapped to her back. She shields her eyes with one hand, looking out across the quarry, waiting. She truly looks like a princess.

The tones on that dress! I had a custom photoshop brush I used to etch them.

Not much to say about this piece except it was a pleasure to make.

    Damn that dress looks awesome I wish I had it. Except, you know, with fake crow wings rather than with wings cut off an actual dead crow. Because that’s not entirely sanitary. ^^;;

      If you put them in salt first, it’s quite clean!
