Das Boots, Page 9

TITLE: "from the desk of the real Rachel the Great"

AUTHOR'S NOTE

RACHEL NABORS: "It's not easy being tall—or short for that matter. People have prejudices about height. Tall women are often labeled 'aggressive' or 'mature' while short women are seen as 'girly' or 'submissive.' It's hard to introduce yourself or flirt when the other person is reading things into you that aren't there. But, Tuna is right! Only shallow people can't see past something as minor as how tall you are, and shallow people aren't worth worrying about. Revel in whatever your height is! And remember: platforms are for everyone, no matter what your height!"

One of my few color pages. Color takes longer to do than greys, and it’s harder to print. I had to print it in black and white for the first Subculture of One mini comic.

This comic was first published on gURL.com.
