PAGE 5, PANEL 2
Rachel debates with the woman, who wears a sweater with candy canes and has a snowman decoration.
RACHEL: "Why should I? The stores put theirs up early."
RACHEL: "Can't I leave mine up late?"
WOMAN: "Aren't you worried that by the time next Halloween comes, you'll be sick of it, too?"

The woman explains her perspective.
WOMAN: "But not everyone wants to see their favorite holiday for that long."
WOMAN: "I love Christmas, but if I start seeing reindeer and snowmen at Halloween, by the time Christmas comes I'm sick of it!"

Rachel considers this argument while the woman continues.
RACHEL: "Hmm... I hadn't foreseen that possibility..."
WOMAN: "I know the stores are being stupid, but some day they'll figure out that they're wearing out Christmas's welcome."
WOMAN: "Holidays need to keep to their own months."
WOMAN: "That way, when they finally do come, they are still special."

Rachel, now wearing a "'Tis the Season be homicidal" shirt, concedes.
RACHEL: "You have a point."
RACHEL: "Tell you what, I'll meet you half way..."
