RACHEL: "What the heck are you doing in there??"
DOCTOR: "I'm having trouble seeing your cervix."
DOCTOR: "Press down on your diaphragm like you're going number two."
Rachel thinks to herself.
RACHEL: (thinking) "This could not possibly get worse."

DOCTOR: "You have a tilted uterus."
RACHEL: "A what!? Is it fatal?"
